How to Be Referred

You can request that your primary care provider refer you to Beth for a consultation. If needed, you can provide your care provider with a link to this page, which has all of the information they'll need to initiate a referral.  If you are not pregnant, greater than six weeks postpartum, or live outside British Columbia please contact Beth for information on private pay fees.

For Healthcare Providers

To consult with Beth about a client, or request that Beth see a client directly during pregnancy or up to 6 weeks postpartum, please send a consult letter or the Midwifery Herbalist Consult Provider Referral Form (below).  Please fax consults with AN 1/2 and/or relevant records to 1-838-332-2027.
